Pattaya Photo Gallery: Songkran Festival 2008

Despite an official ban on high-pressure waterguns and PVC pump tubes, Songkran in 2008 was as wet and wild as ever in Pattaya city. While the traditional Thai new year celebrations last from April 13-15 only in most parts of Thailand, Pattaya's notorious water festival once again made an exception to this rule and was celebrated for eight consecutive days, from April 12-19. More than a full week of water-splashing madness on the streets of Funtown!
