If you've never tried Thai food before, just enter the next best Thai food kitchen, sample a few not too spicy dishes and find out for yourself what suits your taste and your sensitive Western stomach best. Be prepared though: Due to generous amounts of chilli, Thai food in general is spicy, especially dishes from Isaan. Then again, there's no easier way of getting to know an exotic cuisine than trying all its varieties!
