If you've never tried Thai food before, just enter the next best Thai food kitchen, sample a few not too spicy dishes and find out yourself what suits your taste and sensitive Western stomach best. But be prepared: Due to generous amounts of chilli - red, green and yellow -, Thai food in general is pretty spicy, especially dishes from Isaan. Then again, there's no better way of getting to know an exotic cuisine than trying all its varieties.
